Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping for Non-Flammables:

Our Standard Shipping carrier is Canada Post (USPS) or UPS for most deliveries, in order to accommodate all shipping needs across North America.  Canada Post or UPS will deliver your package to the address indicated on your order. For Canada Post if there is no one available to receive the order, they will hold your parcel at the closest post office where you will be able to pick it up within a set time frame. In the event the parcel is refused or not picked up within this time frame, it will be sent back to our warehouse with the option of re-shipping at cost or a refund less the shipping charges incurred. Tracking is available through the carrier and will indicate the estimated delivery date. Times are estimates only, and cannot be guaranteed. No compensation can be offered for late deliveries. 

Express and Priority shipping may be available at an additional cost.

Heavies and dangerous goods will incur an additional shipping fee, displayed at checkout and will ship by UPS.

Dangerous Goods:

Our standard carrier for Dangerous goods or heavies is UPS Ground.

Flammable items not eligible for air shipping via postal service due to government regulated shipping standards. 

 
Shipping Times:

Shipping estimates do not include packing or fulfillment time (1-2 business days) please order accordingly.

Incorrect Addresses:

Akzentz is not responsible for incorrectly delivered items, or returned orders caused by incorrect addresses. Please carefully review your address before placing an order.

Refunds/credits for returned orders will be refunded less shipping charges.
All shipping charges are non-refundable once the courier has accepted the package.  Re-send is at the expense of the customer.

Changes to Delivery Address:

We understand the importance of precise delivery, and our client services team is here to assist in the unlikely event a delivery address requires changing. Should an incorrect address be provided during checkout, we kindly ask that you contact us at your earliest convenience. If your order has not yet been dispatched and we are notified before 2:30 PM (PST) on the day of purchase, we will attempt to update the delivery address. While we strive to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee a change to the delivery address once the order is in progress. An updated delivery charge may apply due to the address modification. In such cases, our team will inform you of the new charges, which must be settled before your order can be dispatched.

We recommend that you always keep your account information up-to-date, including deleting any old or unused addresses in your account, to ensure seamless service. Please note that clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery and billing addresses.
