Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment is required at checkout via accepted payment methods. By placing an order, you confirm that all payment details are correct and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to select regions worldwide (see Shipping Destinations for the complete list). Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, returns on opened or used items are not accepted. If an order arrives damaged or defective, contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be pre-authorized.
