Affiliate Agreement

Effective Date: May 1, 2026.

1. Overview

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Akzéntz® Affiliate Program (“Program”).

By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility & Approval

Affiliates must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Operate a legitimate platform (website, social media, or business presence)
  • Align with the professional standards of Akzéntz

Akzéntz reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reason.

3. Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates act as independent contractors.
Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

4. Affiliate Links & Tracking

  • Unique affiliate codes and links are provided via the affiliate dashboard
  • Only tracked and verified transactions qualify for commission
  • Akzéntz is not responsible for tracking errors caused by third-party platforms, user behaviour, or technical limitations

5. Commissions

  • Commission is earned only on completed, paid orders
  • Orders that are refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent will not qualify
  • Payments are issued on a monthly basis following a 30-day holding period to account for returns
  • Minimum payout thresholds may apply

Akzéntz reserves the right to adjust commission structures at any time.

6. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Akzéntz using approved methods including social media, editorial content, and direct referrals.

Affiliates must not:

  • Misrepresent Akzéntz products or claims
  • Use deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices
  • Bid on Akzéntz trademarks or branded keywords in paid advertising
  • Engage in spam, coupon scraping, or unauthorized discount distribution
  • Purchase through their own affiliate links (“self-referrals”)

7. Brand & Intellectual Property

All Akzéntz trademarks, imagery, and product materials remain the exclusive property of Akzéntz.

Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable right to use brand assets solely for approved promotional purposes.

8. Content Usage

By participating in the Program, affiliates grant Akzéntz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted or published content featuring Akzéntz products for marketing purposes.

9. Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising disclosure requirements (including clearly stating affiliate relationships where required).

10. Termination

Akzéntz may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, including for:

  • Violation of this Agreement
  • Conduct that may harm the brand
  • Inactivity or misuse of the Program

Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be withheld if violations are suspected.

11. Limitation of Liability

Akzéntz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

Total liability shall not exceed commissions earned in the preceding 12 months.

12. Modifications

Akzéntz reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of such changes.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
