Is Luxio® Cruelty-Free and Vegan?
Luxio® and Akzéntz® products are developed with care, cruelty-free, never tested on animals, and fully vegan with no animal-derived ingredients.
Do Luxio® Gels Need A Primer?
Akzéntz® and Luxio® gels are formulated and tested to deliver optimal wear without the need for a primer. Each system is designed as a primerless system, relying on balanced gel chemistry rather than aggressive adhesion agents. Primers such as Affixit or Sure Bond may be used at the discretion of the nail professional, or in cases where additional retention support is needed.
Are Luxio® Products TPO Free?
Yes. Luxio® gels are TPO-free formulas.
Are Luxio® Gels HEMA Free?
Luxio® gels are developed without the use of HEMA. Only Luxio® Gloss and Effects contain small amounts of HEMA.
Can I Cure With Other Lights?
Luxio® gel systems are optimized and laboratory tested for complete, reliable curing when used with Akzéntz® curing lamps.
While many high-powered professional lamps may successfully cure our gels, results cannot be guaranteed when using alternative lights. Curing performance varies significantly by lamp intensity and wavelength, and lower-quality or underpowered lamps may not fully polymerize professional-grade gels.
For assured performance, safety, and long-term wear, Akzéntz® lamps are recommended.
